  • Features
    • HD Hydraulic rotation with protection valve
      Heavy duty hydraulic rotation with protective valve. The protected rotation system allows precise tool placement, lowering/reducing owning and operating costs. The heavy duty rotation is equipped with a shock valve, which limits the force applied to the structure and thus eliminates pressure spikes. This increases the lifetime of your equipment (incl. both demolition equipment and excavator). The rotation motor is mounted on a planetary gear, which produces extremely high rotational and holding forces.

      The double bearing allows for increased load and for reduced wear with compact size.

    • Upside-Down cylinder
      The Upside-Down cylinders with extremely long stroke are protected by the shear frame design. The the hydraulic connections run through the piston rod.     • Smart jaw design featuring double guide
      Avoids material to stuck between the jaws which increases productivity and cutting capacity One guide picks up the rotational forces, the other takes the bending forces.

    • Field replaceable symmetrical cutter blades
      Field replaceable and adjustable symmetrical cutter blades minimize downtime and significantly increase the working life of wear parts
    • Replaceable piercing tip
      A bolt on piercing tip, removes the need for welding and rebuilding which lowers the cost of owning and operation. This essential tool of the scrap shears pierces plate scrap or beams effectively. The optimized shape forces the plate / beam into the jaws for maximized force. The design of the teeht at the front also eliminates wear of the arm structure.
    • Adjusting system for the cutting jaw
      The gap between jaw and frame can be adjusted with the central pin. Enables the operator to maintain the product on the job site, keeping the cutting capacity on optimized level.
