The Extec S-7 Doublescreen
As with the S-6 the S-7 now incorporates:
- A new larger chassis
- Longer, faster stockpiling conveyors
- Higher material feed rates
All allowing for greater productivity, and massive stockpiling capabilities.
A new 3 deck Doublescreen box along with 4 product conveyors allows up to 5 products to be produced.
- Two 3 deck boxes including a primary box capable of very steep inclines
- 10’x 5’decks using the same highly effective meshes as the S-6, S-3 and re-circulation system
- Equivalent to a 20’x 5’top deck, 20’x 5’middle deck and 18’x 5’bottom deck
Offer the same advantages as the other S-series screen boxes:
- Higher throw and frequency than competitors
- Now also able to adjust the amplitude of each box to suit the type of screening
- Each screen box has fully independent drive and settings
